NYCFC In Mexico

New York City Football Club traveled to Mexico on Thursday, October 6 in anticipation of the Club’s friendly match against Club Necaxa the following night in Aguascalientes at the Estadio Victoria.

Upon arrival, David Villa, Andrea Pirlo and Andoni Iraola joined Marcelo Barovero, Jesus Isijara and Marcos Gonzalez from Club Necaxa at a signing session at the Altaria shopping center.  Over 2,000 fans began lining up early in the morning for the opportunity to meet their favorite players.

Later that afternoon, the team headed to Estadio Victoria for a training session followed by a press conference featuring Head Coach Patrick Vieira and Team Captain David Villa.
